I found yet another Lady and Company by Isabel Diaz Marcial!

Rankin Art Gallery
I was feeling rather low yesterday. Didn't get a job I put in for and was sad. So I motored to the local thrift store and there I found a faded, or different colored version of, "Lady & Company." It was 10. perhaps because the Lithograph had slipped a little. I plunked down the money, took the piece home, opened it up and voila, repaired. Just slid the litho up a big and it was fine and dandy. I did a little research and found that at Rankin Art Gallery of Ferris State University, this particular piece is presently on sale for $950.00! So you see, for a ten dollar investment I stand to make 940! Whoooo hooo! That's some good art sniping right there!

FLOWER PATH BY JOSEPH DAWLEY - Masterful!!! SUCH A FIND!

This particular piece caught my eye as I was wandering around a Goodwill Thrift Store. Something about it said to me, "buy me!" It was on sale for 25. When I got to the register the girl there said that blue means half price, so it was mine for 12.50. It wasn't until I looked at the back that I found the Certificate of Authenticity. This piece is a limited edition from 1993. Dewey had Parkinson's disease but continued to paint. This is from that period. Sadly he died of his disease in 2008. The piece also comes with a bunch of clipping about the artist and how he worked through his disease, the Renoir of the 90's. His paintings are hanging in the White House. At last look his signed and numbered prints are selling for 500. on ebay and about 800. in the galleries. It was a good bit of artsniping I must say! And as always, can be yours if you so choose, just drop me a line! Best of sniping art snipsters! Go be do, snipe!

In my excitement snipsters i'd forgotten to post the pic of the floral serigraph I have (which can be yours and maybe it should be yours..I've so many things) anyhow, here it is! Sorry bout dat. Happy artsniping snipsters! Hope you have a most excellent artsnipeventure! And drop me a line, let me know how the artsniping goes! Man I love this! SOOOOOOOO adictive!

Iris by Allgood; Floral, Flowers

Sometimes it's sad when we find art, because of the circumstances. I went to a garage sale where an out of work Mortgage Broker Blonde told me that she was selling everything - needed to. I spotted this AllGood in the garage and asked, "How much?" After she told me the story of how her husband had left her..and she had to sell the mercedes (a sweet 1984 convertible job!)..she said, 25.00. I motored home, got the cash and came back...it was still there. She said that she bought it at auction in Ridgewood and paid a fortune to have it framed. Funny, when there's money, there's money!!!! But now she needed 25. So I gave her the 25. What's the value of the piece, at last look was auctioning on EBAY for 425.!!! WOOOOEEEEEE! Happy SNiping snipsters..this art business is the bESt! We do so WEEELLLL! So get out there and get whilst the gettings got! Not only will you establish a wonderful collection, but you can sell or leave it to your fave club or charity!!! And as always, if you like what you see, it can be had for a price...coz paypal is a pal o mine! I hope this inspires my fellow artsnipes of the world to get out there and get! If we don't save it...well you know it'll just go to the dogS! Happy collecting! WOOOT WOOOOT!!!!!!!

Lady & Co. by Diaz Marcial; Dogs MONEY MONEY MONEY ART SNIPING

You're not going to believe how I found this lovely. I'd been motoring along one Sunday when I saw a garage sale sign at one of the pricier homes on the block. And so I stopped in and there, quite sad, was a lady with her Art collection. Initially I wanted the All Good and would've gone as high as 100. for it, but she sold me this piece instead for 10 bucks. I kid you not. Now a few weeks ago I saw it sold for a cool 400. Right now (as of this writing) it's selling for 225. online. Signed and numbered, let me know if you want this baby, and it can be had for a price...but....not the original 10! Oh my oh my it was a good bit of sniping this day! Happy sniping out there my fellow artsnipes. Let's get out there, save the art, the planet and be happy in all your snipiness! GO DO BE, CREATE! Until next time! Good sniping snipsters!

Hello MOney MOney Money!!! RC GORMAN Picasso of the NAVAJO!

I didn't know when I found this piece that I'd be looking at a cool 30,000. But hey, if it were an original, that would be the case. But, once I took out the old trusty loop, well the matrix do not lie...and those dots are always a sorry case when we find them. But hey, this piece sold last month on EBAY for 150. The price you say I paid? 16.05. So for my efforts it was well worth it, not to mention I also picked up two very loverly Wedgewood dishes for about 8 bucks. Wedgewood may not be so hot now, but hey, I'm an optimist! Happy hunting world, let's keep this thing going! Good for you, good for me, good for art! :D Now get to sniping!
